Tim Horton's

This Tim Hortons is the best Tims on telegraph. I come every morning. The only problem I've ever had was a long wait line but the manager explained to me that they were short on people and within the next few days the lines were moving very quickly again. I can reassure every one that the managers or employees do not behave in such innapropriate behavior as listed below. I come here quite a few times a day and I've never heard anything vulgar come from any of the girls. They are always happy and so polite. Even later in the day when I come the kids are always so great and respectful. They are very personal people. If they have a few seconds they'll stop and talk with me. Always ask about my day and in the morning they always tell me to have a great day. They always have such warm and inviting smiles. It's hard not to begin my day with a smile. This is a great tims. I'd recommend this store over any tims on telegraph.

The young manager there in mornings is very rude to customers and her employees, its soo uncalled for even calling a employee a "skank" where customers can here very inmature and unprofessional. She told me her name is "sam"

Why dont your employees wear name tags???

I could not believe how rude the lady in the drive thru was. I won't be going back to that location that's for sure!
