Wallside Windows

My service with this company has been horrible. Wallside has been to my house 3 times and has not been able to complete my installation of my windows. The original install date was 3/15/2014 and it is now 3/22/14.

On 3/15 they came to install my windows, They uninstalled all of the windows and then started the installation. Then the workers come to me and tell me that some of my windows have been measured incorrectly. According to wallsides website they are supposed to measure before removing any windows. So they have to install the old windows back in, and they had horrible drafts.

3/19 Second time being out, they remove the old windows again. One of the windows that they are installing is cracked. The other window they are installing is done incorrectly because when it is cranked open it hits the aluminum siding. Once again they tell me another crew will have to come out with the new window to fix it. I called and spoke with a manager. He tells me on saturday everything will be fixed, and offers me a 100 dollar gift card.

3/22 Third time coming out, the installer comes in and asks me what the problems are and i tell him the one being cracked and the one not being installed correctly. He tells me the he cant do anything about the one hitting the trim and another crew would have to come out to fix it. So I tell him to just install the new window to replace the cracked one. He goes outside and then comes back in to tell me the new window is cracked.

I call the office and no one is there that can help me and they tell me a manager is going to call me. This call never comes.

I would never recommend this company. My advice if your in Michigan is to go to Hansons!!!

had 6 windows over 3thou an they all leak. also can feel cold around all seems. wish I would've went weather guard
