TERRIBLE service. Just like some of the others, if I could give zero stars I would. My main problem with this place is their HORRIBLE customer service. They don’t care about you only how much money they can get from you. They don’t call you to give you an update on your car you have to call. I had to call so much they started ignoring my phone calls so I had to drive 40 minutes from my house to their shop to get an update. When I got up there the lady working the office went out to the shop to talk to the owner to get an update and he pitched a fit. He was screaming and threw his shop rag. I had my son with me too and he saw the owner pitch a fit and didn’t understand why he was pitching a fit about my car. I was fed up and ended up getting my car and taking it to Bradshaw Cadillac who ended up being cheaper and treated me like a human being. How is a Cadillac dealership cheaper than Eberts? My car had grease all on the driver’s side door panel and all over the hood and doors. This isn’t a new issue though. They aligned my Nissan Titan a while back and got grease all in it as well. Some of my family have been coming to Eberts for years but will not return after my incident. I would take all of these reviews seriously before stepping foot into Eberts! I wish I would’ve read them!

This business is run by very dishonest men who will take advantage of people in need of a repair. I took my cheverolet to another place for fixing and found that the aamco people had lied about everything. Terrible people.

Unprofessional, could not make a determine what real problem was, fixed what was not broken, did not test drive car after work was completed , charged to much, rude and will NOT GO BACK.

If you're interested in having your car damaged on an un-announced test drive, and then the company blaming you for it and doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to compensate for the $2k in damage they caused, then go here. Otherwise I would advise you go go elsewhere. Neither me, nor anyone in my family will ever go there again. Try the goodyear auto service centers, much better policies customer service!

this place doesn't know the difference between metric and inches. witch caused my wheel to fall off ! They also put the wrong bleed screw on one off my brake calipers.

I've been doing business with Eberts Aamco in Taylors occasionally for the last year or so. Mostly only when I need a major repair to my or my wife's car. After another pleasant trip, I believe it's time to tell the web about it. I came by today because the Firestone up the road wasn't able to line up my truck. I had a lifetime alignment with firestone that I transferred to a truck that I just bought. When I took it to fstone they could not get it aligned. After 3 hours, excuse after excuse and seeing my truck on the lift 3 times I decided to cut my loses and go to aamco. Two guys jumped right on my truck. I didn't catch their names, but they were both younger looking. One black and one red haired white guy. They did a fantastic job. By the time Gary in the office was done talking with me about my truck they had it pulled right to the front door. At first I thought they had the same story as firestone, but the guy who worked on it walked in and handed gary my keys and told him it was now perfectly straight. He was even courteous enough to inspect it and noticed that my rear leafs were worn and causing the truck to slightly lean to one side. When I left, I half way expected it to still pull at least a little since it was so bad to start with. I was wrong! It was perfectly straight! They managed to do in about 20 min what firestone couldn't manage in 3 hours. I am impressed and I believe from now on, I'm gonna be going to aamco for everything! Major or minor. *Happy Customer!*

It is refreshing to find an honest auto repair shop. Once I was given the diagnosis they walked me to my vehicle to review everything with me. I was given a quote and nothing changed when it was time to pay. I'm a believer in Ebert's Aamco.

I have been very skeptical of every repair that I pay for because I do not know anything about what is really wrong with my car. The manager here took the time to not only show me the issue but explained the repair. To my surprise the repair was not expensive at all. These guys I trust.

These guys were great. Another shop told me it would be over $2500 to fix my transmission. My husband is currently deployed in Iraq and I have to take care of everything on my own. They inspected it for free and found a loose connection that fixed the problem and sent me on my way. I will never take my van anywhere else for service again.
I hope they see this. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
