        Overall

        I'm so glad I picked Dawn Percer out of all the places I could have gone. She explained what she thought would best suit my face and hair color, and together we chose a shade of lipcolor that whitens my smile and energizes my skin tone. I think I will go back and see what else she suggests.

        Accent Permanent Makeup is a professional office. Dawn provided me with an excellent consultation. Her 27 years experience showed from the start of my consult to after my procedure. I love my lips and the color it added to my face.
