Texas Tint & Accessories

Good job on the 2 vehicles i had tinted. I am going to take my new car and have the windows done. That makes 3. If one follows instructions, you will have no problems.

Go to a reputable company if you don't want to pay to have the work done twice. Skippy is a jerk and is full of excuses. He doesn't stand by his work and will say you are too picky or he doesn't see anything wrong with his crappy craftsmanship. He treated me like I was out of line for criticizing the quality of his work which was sub par by any Auto tint company's standards.

I chose the place to support Firefighters as he advertises. I later found out that his reputation as an firefighter was about the same as his customer service as a businessman. Hard to believe that he's still in business. Flip him off for me when you drive by to another shop......

Hmmm... told me he didn't want my business....

Only go here if you want BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went for a Warranty Claim days after they installed the tint. When I arrived the manager (Glenn Waters) yelled that it was my fault that the tint came up that rolled the window down too early. He didn't give me time to explain before he started yelling. After he went off I explained that the tint was already lifted once I left the shop I simply didn't notice it until I arrived home. I also told him of some other parts that fixed themselves and that I waited the 3-5 days that he told me to wait before rolling the window down. He told me that it was my fault and I should have brought it back earlier. I explained that I didn't have time. He was stil mad saying that there going to go out of business redoing window tint. So LIFETIME WARRANTY MY A$$!! I will never return!! If I were you I would take my business elsewear!! No one wants to have an experience like that!!
