I've had my car for 9 months and have had a terrible experience in their service department three out of four times I've brought it in. There's a lack of communication. I have been misinformed and misquoted twice for the same item, and of course the price is always higher. The other time they were rude and because they failed to inform me they were running 2 hours behind when I called to see how long my scheduled service would take I was stuck at the dealership for 3 hours! Absolutely ridiculous.

A few months ago I purchased a Rav 4 from you and I must say that the sales person along with all of the other people that I needed to deal with for the purchase of the vehicle were wonderful.

The staff all conducted themselves in a very professional manner that impressed me very much and made my buying experience one that was stress free and pleasurable.
