Overall

Tree removal was scheduled 6 weeks after Battiste inspected and quoted a price for the work. No one showed on the scheduled date. After not hearing from Battiste about the delay before or after the no-show, I contacted its office and another date was set. That date came and went with no calls or communication from Battiste. Another service has now performed the work but over three months were wasted on the assumption Battiste was reliable. It isn't. I wouldn't waste my time again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else.

Sadly, we had to have this nearly 60 year old Water Oak tree cut.
The branches were breaking off and it became too dangerous to keep . . .
