        Yesterday I had troubles with my car overheating and had pulled over at Arby's parking lot. After sitting in my car for around 15minutes, I went inside to ask for help on screwing the cap off to pour water in it (since I had surgery on my right hand 3 weeks ago I was unable to unscrew the cap on my own). The manager there at the time offered to give me a bucket of water, but I had my own water and only needed help unscrewing the cap. After I explained this to her, she then said, without consulting with any of her employees, that nobody wanted to help me and take the chance of it bubbling over and scorching them! Luckily though an older lady with a cane was ordering food and knew a lot about cars and volunteered to help me. Never have I experienced such rudeness from a business, especially in a time of need. Needless to say Arby's will never again receive any business from me!
