Poor service. Hair in my food server didn't do anything about it. I have to pay for food anyway. We won't come back

This place deserves 0 stars. We decided to give this place a try today and we were the only diners for most of the Sunday lunch hour. One other couple showed up. I am not sure how they will survive in the restaurant world. I tried the lunch special for Sweet and Sour Chicken and left most of it uneaten on my plate. The sweet and sour sauce has not flavor. The fried food was too greasy. I actually spit out the bite I took of my egg roll because it was soaked in oil. The rice had a weird smell and was bland. We sat for awhile with empty drinks and I thought to myself how can they fail to take care of our needs when there is no one else here! The waiter finally came to ask if we wanted refills and of course we said yes. I later noticed on our bill that we were charged for refills. I inquired about the extra drink charges and he said refills were not free. I complained that we were not informed and that every other restaurant in Houston gives free tea and soda refills. I told the waiter and the lady behind the counter we would never return and they just ignored me with a we don't care attitude of no response.

Food was almost 2 hours late! Everything taste gummy and a week old. Not the fresh Asian food that I am use to... I ordered $25 worth of food and threw it all away including my daughters Kids meal. After this horrible experience we had to order pizza :(

The service was horrible, the food was greasy.

We ordered from here. The Lo Mein was good. We also ordered the garlic broccoli. It was also good, until we found a long black hair in it! Disgusting!!! I called to let them take care of the situation and they didn't care.



We will never order from here again.

I have been to Hunan twice. It was in the same week in fact. The first time I had excellent service. The waiter was VERY friendly and attentive and I received free refills on my coke. The second time ( a couple days later) I had a HORRIBLE waiter. He had the personality of stale toast and refilled my dining partner's drink for free but insisted that there were no free refills for sodas. Then to top it all off, he never brought the drink back of my dining partner even though he said he would refill her tea. I will have to seriously reconsider returning to this place. The food is good but I don't think it is good enough to deal with the waiter's attitude. In addition, I really dislike how they allow the delivery guy to sit in front of the store with his music blaring. I get that he has a great sound system - I just don't want to have to listen to it when I am trying to converse during my meal.

The service is just terrible. I was the only person here and it took more than 30-40 min for my food. I had to wait over 5 min just for someone to come to the register to take my order.

When I finally ordered the acted like I was an inconvenience to them. I will never eat here again.

There is no possible way this place can possibly stay in business!

Service was horrible just to start with!

Food, let's say the "Heath/Food Inspector" needs to visit this place because I can promise you "IT'S NOT WHITE MEAT CHICKEN" they are serving. I am 100% sure it was not any kind of meat any normal person would ever eat!!



That was just was daughter's dinner. I ordered the Orange Beef. When it was finally brought to our table, 35-40 minutes after we ordered (we were one of two tables occupied ), I knew something was not right. I took one bite and literally spit it out. The breading was so disguisting. Not only that, I cut into probably 8 of 12 or so pieces on my plate and guess what!!! THERE WAS NO MEAT anywhere just that nasty breading. Amazingly enough, the "Fried Rice" was not even fit to eat either!



I tried to be discreet and went up front to speak with the owner/manager so I would not upset the other table but she insisted on coming back to our table and made a scene. Unforftunately this woman cannot speak even an ounce of ENGLISH but she also got very angry. Not the smartest thing she's ever done because I have and will continue to tell everyone I know about my experience. I felt bad for the people at the other table. Personally if I were them, I would have gotten up and left immediately!



I hate to say it but I swear they were using dog meat, cat meat or something other than REAL BEEF AND CHICKEN!!
