You can tell he enjoys whats he does & he definitely knows what he's doing! Very Professional
Very Professional. Looks at the problem from many different angles and works to find the best solution for the customer, which may not be the easiest one to accomplish. His strong suit seems to be troubleshooting and overcoming problems in the field on the fly. Definitely the one to have in your corner!
