        The French Cat is Traverse City's Feline-exclusive grooming and boarding facility. We offer a Certified Feline Master Groomer, educated at the National Cat Grooming Institute of America. The latest equipment is used to offer a first-class grooming experience to pamper your cat. We provide full-coat grooming which includes bathing, trimming nails and cleaning ears and eyes. Or pop in for a quick nail-trim. We are always happy to see you and your cat. We can help with many needs an owner may face, like shedding, scratching and fleas. We provide full-service solutions for all of these issues. In addition to our grooming salon, we can board your cat while you are away, or need a safe place for your cat during a home-remodel or guest visit. Our custom-made boarding suites allow for maximum comfort and we allow free play times each day. Call today to speak to our friendly, educated staff. Your cat is our only business.

        Cats Only Boarding -- We have many options for boarding your cat. Our custom-made boarding suites were designed with your cat's comfort in mind. Choose from : the Monet (shorter wall unit) which holds 1 cat for $25 per night, or the Van Gogh ( tall unit with a window view) 1 cat $30 or 2 cats $40 per night. We also have the Versailles suite, it is our largest suite which rents for 1 cat $40, 2 cats $50 or 3 cats $58 per night. Each overnight guest is offered playtime outside of their suite everyday at no extra charge.
