This company has terrible customer service. First of all, they sold me that the setting that I was told would fit my stone. And then I get it back and it looks awful because it was the wrong size. Then they wanted to charge me to fix it. It was a brand new Verragio bridal set and they had NO certificate of authenticity and the stamp had been polished off of the ring, so there is no way for me to use the Verragio warrany without it. I contacted verragio myself and they told me that every ring has a certificate of authenticity so it's pretty sketchy that they didn't even have it at the store. And of course now they will not let me return the ring. I would give them 0 Stars if I could. And I will review them on every site I can find. Do not shop here!
