Hudson Valley Bank

Dear Mr. Landry and staff, although with Hudson Valley on Lake Avenue for many , many years, I needed the services provided by the Grassy Sprain Road in Yonkers branch. Well, I am so impressed. It was a Sat. We were greeted by gentleman by the name of Mr. Theo Been. Discussing some personal business & not understanding it , Robin & Racqueltook the time to explain to us the correct and most up to date policies. As it turned out , Rachel Fields and Robin Alrabaa , who were both working at this time, got involved and real team work began. Shortly thereafter everything was explained to us in terms we could understand. Realizing it was after one p.m, I suggested we leave , when Mr. Been said so nicely, no, not after traveling with your daughter for over a hour to do this. With that being said all 3 banking reps worked as a team & solved our issue. But they were professional, polite, patient and should be commended on their friendliness, down to earth attitude.
