Dental Examination
Periodontal exams assess the teeth, gums, bite, bone structure, and plaque buildup. These appointments are recommended annually, and our periodontists are as gentle as possible during periodontal exams to prevent or minimize discomfort.
X-rays
Reduced Radiation Exposure: Traditional dental X-rays use high levels of radiation, which can be concerning for patients. High-resolution low-radiation CBCT scans, on the other hand, use much lower levels of radiation, reducing the risk of harm to the patient.

Teeth Cleaning

Bridges

Periodontal Surgery
Improved Outcomes: PRF has been shown to improve the outcomes of dental procedures, including periodontal surgery and dental implant placement.
Deep Cleaning
Non-surgical therapy for periodontal disease typically involves deep cleaning procedures, such as scaling and root planing. During these procedures, your periodontist will remove plaque and tartar from the teeth and gums, smoothing the root surfaces to promote healing and reduce inflammation.

Oral Surgery

Flap Surgery
Surgical therapy for periodontal disease may be recommended if non-surgical therapy is not effective or if the condition is more advanced. Surgical options for periodontal disease include flap surgery, bone and tissue grafts, and dental implants.
Osseous Surgery
As a minimally invasive alternative to osseous surgery, your periodontist may recommend Perioscope therapy. A Perioscope is a small camera that slides between the tooth and gum and allows your periodontist to locate and treat the diseased area. This is recommended for many patients because surgery isn’t required and it can be an effective way of reversing periodontal disease.
Tooth Extractions
Tooth extraction: Sometimes, teeth overcrowding may be treated by removing one or more teeth. This increases the space in your mouth and may help address overlapping.
