        As a former employee it was disturbing how terrible their benefits are. As a former mechanic there was a lot of terrible things that are unfortunately very common in the Diesel industry. If you have work done, request to see the broken component. The guy running the tractor shop is a convicted felon. Its tough to work for a company that promotes people that are not deserving of it. None of the mechanics are ACE certified, yes that is common in diesel but they should have some standard for someone working on your very expensive tractors.
