They take care of my cat Stormy. She had her checkup Saturday. They always strive to make the visit as stress free as possible for her. Stormy has always had terrific care. She has also boarded there and she always is very well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Miller and everyone at the clinic.

The communication between doctors and clients is awful. Her excuse was “we have 6 other patients we are tending to”. This is not a reasonable excuse. Doctors don’t talk about all the other patients in the ward when tending to you at a hospital and I don’t expect it to be different at a vet clinic. I had to call to receive a check up status on my dog who was staying in the ER then was told I was called but never answered which was a lie. I explained that I wanted a second opinion and the doctor seemed displeased with this decision because it was critical for him to undergo surgery, which I found out from the second opinion that it wasn’t. When I picked him up, the vet tech handed him to me in a towel and said nothing. No update, not a word. This was beyond aggravating seeing as we made a decision that went against her judgement and because we did so, she failed to inform us of his health up until the point of us picking him up. She dumped him into our arms and walked away. I will never go here or recommend this place to anyone in need for help. They lack compassion for both the owner and animal in care and they have zero communication skills.

We have taken our babies her to get groomed twice. Today, we were told they had to have a parvo shot before they could get groomed. I asked how much it would be for both my dogs. Receptionist states $20 a piece so I said ok. When my husband went to pick up our dogs, our total bill was $150.25!!!!! They charged a technician fee of $12 (for who knows what), an office visit for $40 each and said they did an exam but we were not told of anything they examined. Also the shots were different! Our dogs only go here for grooming. This is NOT their vet they usually see but this office took it upon themselves to do what they wanted to our babies without letting us know anything other than the vaccine of course! And when I called their actual vet rumor has it that this is not the first time they have done this. Their have been several people that have gone there for grooming but have random charges upon pick up...never again!!! You have lost this girls trust in ya! Be careful with your furbabies!!

I've been using this clinic since my husky was a puppy. I initially chose them because their prices were the best I'd found after calling a few places. She can be quite a handful, but the staff has ALWAYS been extremely kind and understanding in all transactions. Very glad I chose them.
