I would not recommend. We used this company and we feel their OPINION is quiet unfair based on their own comparisons. According to them, you can purchase a 5200+ sq ft home with a gunite pool, larger lot, 10 years newer for $15,000 cheaper than you can purchase a 3500 sq ft home, just across the street from each other...It just doesn't add up.
