Western Motel

I stayed there da other day n I was n my room for 10 before I stared gettin bit by bed bugs I went to the office n he told me he was goin to put me another room I seen a lizard it was orange n yellow n my bathroom he would not give me my money back on top of dat when I didn't give him money when he asked he she he was gne keep all my things n kids things n da room he will not let me get my baby pampers n milk he also kelpt my 4 year n 1 year old things he is very rude I will tell everybody not to stay it need to b knocked down ASAP!!!

I agree with last comment about western motel. The place is over run by bed bugs. My grandson was bitten before we got out of the room.. We went to the office and demanded our refund. The clerk gave it to us and begged us to stay in another room. Of course we did not we left... A lizard layer in the hallway heard us coming and ran over and ate a dead grass hopper.. do not confuse this filthy dump with best western motel they are a five star facility.. Western doesn't deserve any stars DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!!!

I would tell them NOT to stay there. They are rude people. The toilet in my room was broken. I asked them for someone to please fix it they said I had to fix it that they had no maintenance on duty. The toilet over filled and was about 2 inches of water on the floor. I then asked for some extra towels to dry the floor, again I was told NO, only 2 towels per room. I fell on the tile floor due to the water, hit my head on the bathtub. I was taken to the ER via ambulance with multiple injuries. They refused to help pay for any and now I am suing them.
