Very impressive customer service. The staff and managers definitely go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable.
We live in Pittsburgh pa. and every year we make a trip some times twice a year. We always stay at the dunes inn. It is a very clean and nice place to stay. very close to all the shops, and the beach. The staff is some of the best people you can hope to ask for helping you. I will never stay anther place while at Tybee.
Very friendly and accomodating. And the huge jaccuzi.... WOW, more than big enough for two! We also had family members staying in several other rooms. They enjoyed their stay as well.
It is comparable - price wise, to all the other hotels on Tybee Island. The staff was friendly and the hotel had great access tot he beach. The swimming pool was clean and the kids enjoyed swimming in it.
