Dale's Heating & Cooling

Many great experiences with these guys! Most recently, came home at 3p on a January Saturday to find the furnace not working. Called Dale’s at 3:45p, and things were fixed up and running again by 5:45p.

Came out on short notice for an emergency, working around an obvious busy schedule to take care of it.
Presented with a difficult situation with many factors making it a tricky fix. Did not give up and eventually got the issue taken care of after trying a few different things and seems to take a lot of pride in his work.
Couple hours of figuring it out, way into evening hours and still came in cheaper than most wanted to charge just to show up.
Highly recommend for plumbing needs.

Do not use this business unless you have no other options! They never showed for our appointment and we couldn't get any answer as to when/if they would even make it out. No apology from anyone that we spoke to and the staff even began to become rude with us for calling in. I have no idea how this business is even still open if this is how they treat their customers. I would give them zero stars if I could!
