Your new home is handcrafted by assembling hundreds of different products. Some of these products are man made, others are naturally occurring. As the materials in your home acclimate and the seasons change you should expect to see minor cracking and drywall and other surfaces. This is normal and unavoidable as differing materials expand and contract at different rates. This aesthetic issues are easily corrected with sealants and other construction compounds. The BOLD Company will come back and address and warranty issues at 60 days and 11 months after closing.
Framing
Construction begins after a successful plan and site review. The phases of construction are, in this order: 1) excavation/foundation, 2) framing/rough mechanics, 3) drywall, 4) finish/finish mechanics, and 5) punch list/clean up, with exterior work being completed, as weather permits, between phases 2 and 4. We meet with you, the customer, at least twice during construction: once for a rough-in walk through after phase 2, and once for a home maintenance orientation during or after phase 5. We are also happy to meet with you at the site at any other time to discuss the progress of construction.
Tile Installation
Carpeting
Counter tops will be installed allowing the plumber to install faucets and fixtures. The electrician will install receptacles, lights and switches. Shower doors, Mirrors and shelves are installed. Grills and thermostat for the HVAC system are put in place. Carpeting is installed

Co-owner, represents the fourth generation of homebuilders in his family. He graduated from Villa Madonna Academy, and finished Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Construction and a minor in Business from Bradley University. James has earned designations from the National Association of Home Builders as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Residential Construction Superintendent (RCS), Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), Certified Green Professional (CGP), and Certified Graduate Builder (CGB). He is also a licensed real estate agent and served as the 2014 President of the Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky. James is married to his wife Jennifer and lives in Florence with their son Paul and daughter Rose. They attend Hopeful Lutheran Church.

Decorated: A show home is also typically furnished and decorated for the home show. Oftentimes buyers will get discounts on home furnishings. The builder typically has professional landscaping done as well.

We have built on our clients land throughout Northern Kentucky including the counties of Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Grant, Gallatin and Pendleton. Our offsite building has given us experience with septic systems, cisterns, hillsides, extended driveway and utility lines and other challenges encountered in offsite projects. Excavation

Window Installation/Replacement
Siding
The Finishes of your home are ready to be installed. Drywall will be hung and finished on the Ceilings and walls. The ceilings and walls will be painted for the first time. Hard floors like tile, hardwood and Luxury vinyl plank will be installed. Cabinets and trim will go in. In addition you will start to see the exterior finishes taking shape with brick, siding, trim and concrete flat work. Painters will coat the walls and trim.
Residential Roof Repair
Next the lumber and wood structural panels are assembled to form the walls, floors and roofs of your new home. Your new home is really starting to take shape. Roofing materials will be installed. Windows and exterior doors will be installed. A weather resistant barrier is installed on the exterior walls. Now your house is dried in.
Residential Roof Replacement/Installation

Painting
Insulation
Plumbers will install supply and drain lines to the fixtures in your home. HVAC Technicians will install the supply and return duct work that will carry air to and from your HVAC unit. Electricians will install wiring for electrical receptacles and lighting. Tv and internet and other low voltage wiring is installed. Finally insulation is installed in the walls to keep your house comfortable all year around.
