Once Upon A Child

I have been to one other Once Upon A Child store and was pleasantly surprised by the size of this store and the selection of clothing items and toys. I didn't have any clothing items to sell but I was very pleased with how eager the ladies were to help. Although the store at 135 Athenian is a little farther from where I live it was worth the trip.

Over all selection and friendliness of this particular store I definitely give 4 stars. However, when I took my items to sell I was highly disappointed.
1) I was never given a call back to tell me my offer was ready, I had to call them. 2) Then upon retrieving my "offer" it was way less than expected and 3) I was told my items were "too big" (boys size 10-12) and too worn, both NOT TRUE!!! I will not sell to them again. For buying items, they get one star and thats being generous.

The service was great in the store but I brought in two containers of clothes that my new born baby and five year old could no longer wear.The store only took the items that still had tags on them. I know no-one bother to go through the containers because the clothes were still folded how I fold them. Instead I was told that the clothes had wear and tear, how could a two month old have wear and tear. SMH!!! Just tell me you to lazy to go through my things or better yet Don't take them.

Great service! The girls were happy and attentive! We sold some items and were out fast! We can't wait till the grand opening!!
