Wendy's

Total garbage. The fries were old shriveled and nasty. The burger was black and dripping with grease like it sat in a pan of warn grease. Tore my stomach up! Want to complain but wife chucked receipt

Absolutely horrible!!!! We politely asked for onions on our double stack, ketchup, salt, for our french fries and cheese and onions on our chili to go. We got no onions on our burger. Had to ask again for the salt and ketchup for the fries and the burger. The fries were cold to say the least and the staff was anything but pleasant. I cannot see how they would stay in business if they were not right on the Interstate. Can't hold a light to McDonalds. It is two miles further, but I will never go to this Wendy's again and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about the lack of service for your money. This is the most horrible experience I have had in a long time. Hopefully you do not even remotely advertise "customer service"as part of your daily routine. It is "lack of customer service"to say the least.
