I would not recommend shopping at this establishment, I went in there to buy some 3M rubbing compound for my vehicle. I had deep spiderweb scratches that I wanted to get out. As I walk in the store I asked the gentleman at the desk if they carried 3M products. He said they did and would assist me in finding what I needed. He takes me over two and I'll away and hands me 3M machine polish, and tells me this will work great for what you are trying to achieve. I was in a hurry, because I had to pick a friend up on the way home. As soon as I get home and start reading the bottle I realized he had sold me the wrong stuff. I would've tried to return it, but unfortunately they close at 7 PM. The whole reason I bought the rubbing compound almost to get all the scratches out for a car show that I was going to in Ypsilanti Michigan. So I go back to return it on Monday, I bought it on Friday, as soon as I walk in the door I see the gentleman who sold me the incorrect product, I tell him I want to return it, since it is not when I came in for. He begins to open the bottle and tells me that the protective seal is missing. I explained to him that there is no reason for me to use this since it is the incorrect product that I need to use. He tells me there is no way he can do a refund since the safety seal is gone and it looks like some was missing. I reassured him that I did not use it, because it will not get any scratches out anyways, it was a Machine polish, not a rubbing compound. He tells me that he will have the owner call me when he gets in. I receive a call from the owner who tells me that there is no way he can return it because his employee is telling him that three quarters of the bottle was missing, it's hard to believe that 3/4 is missing when I never even used it. Then he tells me that there actually is no safety seal that comes from the manufacture! Long story short I was sold the wrong product, went to return the product, and was looked at as a liar trying to return the product I have already used, When that was definitely not the case. Save your money and time, shop somewhere else!
