PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH THIS BUSINESS. I can't begin to describe my horrific experience. These people only care about getting your cash in the their register. After that, any complaints are met with I'LL CALL SECURITY. My daughter and I went to the kiosk to look at a new case for phone and was talked into having her screen fixed. The manager said she would include the case and a screen protector. The phone appeared to work great and I gladly paid for the service. The case we picked out came with an attachable strap for carrying around your hand. This broke the next day. We went back to the kiosk and showed it to a young man who was working behind the counter. He responded with a heavy sigh and just stared at the case. After a few moments he said to my daughter "Did this break or did you rip it off the case?" At that point I asked the condescending young man to please just give me a refund. He got on the phone, called his manager and told me to come back to the mall in 3 hours and his manager would help me. I then asked him to just exchange the case and I was told to GO WAIT BY THE DOOR while my daughter picked a new case. I was told to WAIT BY THE DOOR by a teenager right in front of my daughter!! She was extremely uncomfortable and quickly just pointed to a random case so we could leave. We went back to talk to the manager hours later to try and have a normal customer experience. I also wanted to point out that the screen protector was already coming off the screen at the sides and the bottom. The first words out of the manager's mouth was "I am very upset with you and how you treated my employee". She did not ask what had happened or how she could fix the situation. She then grabbed the new case we picked out earlier, removed my daughters phone and handed her the original broken case. She then threatened to call security if we did not leave. I have never been so blatantly ripped off in my life. And my daughter got to experience all of it first hand.
