I went to this place looking for a place to stay it so happen they had a house for rent in Richmond I meet a employee by the name of Ellie super nice help me out this employee went on and beyond to make me comfortable she even contacted me the next day to see if I was happy with the place thank you very much

Bernice appears to be some sort of sociopath, stealing US mail, credit cards and commiting identity theft. If it happens to you, notify your bank and the USPS. She is dangerous and enjoys tormenting her tenants, driving their pets off the property, and even encouraging neighbors she gives favors to, to attack those she no longer wants. She is from an old established Vallejo family and seems to even have some individuals in the Solano Court ready to lie and protect her.

Between the lawsuits and Bernice, I don't know how this place stays open. The owners are certifiably insane. They bully their tenants. I got so uncomfortable in my own home I moved. Do not give money to them.
