Valley Center was great, they created a beautiful, pool with a killer water feature, I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I had to wait for 3 weeks for an appointment. That wouldn't have been so bad because I understand that summer can be a busy time.

However, they gave no follow-up appointment call, they didn't show up on the day, which was at noon on a Saturday! Noon on a Saturday needs to be planned for and they did not show up nor call they were not going to be there.

When I called at 20 after 12 p.m. I was told by the woman who answered the phone that she would call the guy to find out what was keeping him.

30 minutes after that I called again, was sent to voicemail, left a message wondering what was happening, and I never heard back from them.

This is very unprofessional in my opinion. We are putting in a pool however why would I choose a company like that?

Jim was suppose to come fix my pool but never showed up or called. I ended up going with someone else

With so many pool companies in today's day and age, I find Valley Center Pools as one of the most down-to-earth companies.

My pool needed to be remodeled so I went and called Valley center. I had been recommended by a friend to go on and give them a call. All things I heard like being on time working on the pool, fare prices, and detect any problems with my pool came to be right. They are a great company and I will use them for the future reference. Great work done in my pool guys. Now time to enjoy it.
