        Barry’s My Carpet Inc. is a family owned and operated establishment. Barry Silverstein has over 38 years experience in the flooring industry. Barry started his flooring career while working in the field installing, cleaning and repairing all kinds of flooring prior to opening his own store in 1982. Barry and his family have enjoyed serving their clients and he treats everyone as if they were his own family. We specialize in all types of products including carpet, wood, laminate, tile, floor sanding, carpet cleanings and window treatments. We have an enormous selection and incredible inventory of products. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff are here to ensure that your flooring will look and feel just right in your home or business. My Carpet has the staff that will do just that.         What a great experience. Barry, Karen and Justin are the best. They coordinated with my contractor so there was no down time between my kitchen renovation and floor installation.

        They are very patient and defiantly care about their customers. Justin worked with me until I found the perfect floor within my budget. Would I recommend Barry My Carpet….ABSOLUTLY!!!!

        GREAT EXPERIENCE.



        I got a bunch of estimates for Carpet in Mineola. Honestly, Barry's was the lowest. When a later guy came he quoted a higher price at first, then tried to match......... I threw him out. Why would I accept someone who tries to cheat me?



        I went with BARRY'S bc they were honest. NO GAMES. They gave me the best product with best price from the start. Justin did my estimate.



        Service was spot on. They changed their schedule to accommodate mine. The guys were quick and detailed. They wrapped up all the old fragments neatly and vacuumed the place. Spotless professional job.



        Don't waste your time with Depot or Empire, BARRY'S IS THE BEST.

        HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I am happy to be act as a reference.
