My experience was terrible.



I went there to ship fragile items, all of which arrived completely broken. They lied to me when accepting the shipment, then they lied to UPS and me afterward to claim they weren't responsible. I literally spent hours on end dealing with several people there over the course of several months trying to obtain a fair resolution, but alas they wouldn't accept resposibility for their fault and then lied about the prior lies. They are not an honest business.

We hired Mike B. to do a remodel on our home several years ago, under the name Silverstone Builders. We agree with the other reviewer, they're very dishonest. We didn't find out until THIS YEAR that they used damaged wood and cheap grade products when the did our work, but charged us as if they used premium grade. A year after their completed work, extensive cracks appeared in our cement. A building inspector advised us this was due to the builder using less cement than they were supposed to, reducing the patio thickness, making it prone to crack. They're really good at covering their tracks...don't be fooled. I wish we had known about the BBB rating. We could have saved ourselves alot of grief. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!

Mike Benavi AKA Moshe Benavi used to own and operate Silverstone Builders. He declared personal and corporate bankrupcy and opend up Magma Builders. Silverstone Builders received a "F" rating from the BBB. Magma Builders is BAD news, unless you like to be cheated!
