        Toxic work environment. If only families could hear what "teachers" and directors say about the kids and parents they would never enroll thier kids here. The things I saw there as well makes me afraid for the kids.
        You pour your heart and soul into caring for those kids, turn your classroom into a warm welcoming place for parents to bring thier infants and one person telling outright lies about you gets more leverage than the good work you put into that place. No wonder they have a ridiculously high, unhealthy turn over rate
