Very poor customer service. Was in there shopping today. I had a gift card and they told me that the magnets strip was bad and that I needed to call the number on the card to fix the problem. When I called they told me what the balance was and that the store should have given me s new card. They should have done the calling on the card. Not me. Every other time I have gone in there It's taken me along time to get service.sometimes I just leave without anything because of the time it takes to get service. I will never shop there and will make sure everyone I know knows about the lack of service.
