Lisa's Lovable Learning Centre

Love this place! The staff is super friendly and always show attention and care towards the children. The hours are great since I usually need to be at work by 7 and sometimes don't get out of work until 5. My only complaint is having to pay when the daycare center is closed, but I hear that's pretty common in NC anyway.

The owner tends to be rude to customers with her "ghetto" attitude. I mean it is ok to be all about your money, but you could be respectful and ask to speak to a parent in the office instead of underminding them in front of everyone. The staff is overworked and the owner doesn't like to give them hours that they need. I plan on removing my children soon due to all of these conflicts; otherwise, the staff is incredible. The only problem is the management. If you pay a good amount of money then you need to provide a good service and work with your parents rather than against them. I pay my fees on time and in full, but since she always has something to say to me everytime I come, I am going to take my money elsewhere...
