D & D Cremation Service

Unbelievable. I have used them for over 10 years for my pets cremation. My 6th and treasured puppy son died Oct. 3rd. I brought him in Oct. 4th. I called asking where are his remains, it's Oct. 14th and I have not seen a d**n thing. Called FedEx--who did not deliver per my request of NO SIGNATURE. Found out D&D called them and requested my dog's remains be sent back to them

UPDATE---between D&D and FedEX--someone messed up. Remains delivered on the 10th day.
