        lack of maintanence

        these people are money hungry. the lack of a proffessional maintance guy is horrible. my apartment had mold and i complained several times. nothing was done till i moved out. i should of sued. another tenants had bed bugs in their apartments and they evicted an sick person by bringing an ambulance to remove them. they also charged me for $50 for blinds that were yellow in color due to old age.
