Keith's Oil Can

I've already had issues with this company a few years back, but I needed an oil change quick so I thought I would give it a shot. Once I left and was on my way to 95 to go south for the day I noticed my hood was not closed completely. I pulled over and closed it, then tried to lift the hood to make sure it was indeed closed. When I did this I stuck my hand in hot antifreeze. My radiator cap was not closed completely and sprayed antifreeze everyone.

I went back and explained this issue to the manager at the time, who seemed very bothered to help me, and told him I wanted a refund for the work. He said that he would have to call the manager and would get back with me. According to the manager, he would only give me a $20 coupon for future work because after all of these issues he thinks I actually want to come back. Bottom line, almost putting my life in danger and then trying to say it was my fault, is only worth a $20 coupon.
