i would give no or minus stars especially professionalism and promptness where he scores idiot in both categories. my vehicle sat there for five days untouched. he still isn't able to communicate with his secretary leaving her vulnerable and treating her with impatience like she's stupid in front of customers. also yells and cusses at customers in front of others.
