Epoxy job on new concrete. Trash was painted over, there were bubbles and holes in the expoxy and even though the floor was supposed to be all one color, it came out two different shades completely. The owner, Mark assured me that he would come back and repaint my floor. Of course he is now unreachable. And yes he was paid in full. Dealing with this company is a risk, not only in the quality of their workmanship but also the lack of customer service. They of course had no problem taking my money. And never gave back my keys.
