Frank Owens - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with this agent for over 10 years, and finally had enough. Each month I get my bank account drafted. Each month the number they withdraw varies. Usually by just a couple of dollars. I got divorced 7 years ago, and half my mail comes to me by my married name, and the other half by my maiden (which it has been for 7 years). I moved about four months ago and they updated my address. I've been getting my mail at the current address for 3 months. Then I buy a new car and switch my policy from my old car to my new one. Easy, enough. They quote me my monthly fee and my premiums, and I payed. About a week ago, they mailed me a statement to my OLD address under my OLD name. In it it stated I owed $82 becuase I made a "policy change/other" (I quote) and it would be drafted immediately out of my bank account.



Hold on..... What?! Yes. They sent it to the wrong address after knowing the correct one; under the wrong name; and then sneak in a nice fee which is not explained at all. I have talked with them recently and no one mentioned this. THey have mailed me my new cards and new explanations of my current bill with nothing about this "Fee" in it....



I am switching. I've had enough. I have a perfect driving record (knock on wood), and get nothing for it. Instead my premiums went up a few months ago... I have tried to be loyal. I'm done.
