Rodeo's Meat Market

We have purchased fajitas, tamales, etc. from Rodeo's Meat Market in Vista for years.
However, yesterday, our order for our family's Christmas dinner, was an hour plus late being ready & then, we found out our 4 dozen order of tamales was not right. I had ordered 4 dozen tamales a couple of weeks ago: 2 dozen pork & 2 dozen beef. When our son went to pick them up, as I was working, he was told that there was no beef & that I was called in the morning. Just now my husband & I went in person to Rodeo's to speak to the manager. She said nothing. Sylvia, the one who had left a message on my phone, gave every excuse as to why the order was changed.
It doesn't make sense as to why a meat market didn't have beef ie. our beef tamales unless they were sold to someone else, which is what we think happened.
I would not recommend this store to anyone. You will be highly disappointed in the lack of customer service & unsatisfactory follow through of your order. We will not be back. Sylvia offered no apology & no refund. We have family members with cheese allergies & one with doctor's orders not to eat poultry since having cancer twice. David & Kay Beeson
