        Sandy knows her field.. I came in with knee pain and back pain .. she has gotten me out of pain.. strengthening my muscle to do what they are supposed to do instead of my joints wonderful trainer!!!

        Sandy is by far the best personal trainer I have ever had. She understands my needs and goals and provides a professional perspective that is always spot on. She is also a very kind, compassionate individual. Her little studio is perfect.
