Rubino Service Co

Dishonest, high rates, rude. Basically criminals.

Rubino ripped me off to the tune of $1465 and the last tech they sent here agreed with me.

Charged me over $650 each for 2 visits where they were chasing the wrong problem. The last tech who came here (of at least 3 or 4 techs) cleaned a part for $100 and THAT fixed the problem. That tech said that they've been chasing the wrong issue this entire time. None of the previous techs had even looked at that part. This did not phase Mike Rubino when I explained it to him (and I did give him three very polite tries to make this right all throughout this weeks-long process).

I had to deal with a flooded hallway, summer days with no AC, and excessive bills for techs coming out and not fixing the problem (and now one extremely unprofessional Rubino).

Remember this review when you're calling around for HVAC people and just choose a different company who doesn't charge such high rates, knows what they're doing, and possibly has someone heading the whole operation who doesn't hang up on you like a bratty child when he hears that you're not happily going along with him ripping you off to the tune of almost $1500.

This area has many HVAC companies. Call any one of them besides Rubino.
