        No issues with the Wake Forest location or the vehicle. My issue is with the Henderson Enterprise location. I reserved a large SUV (Suburban or Expedition) six months in advance of a family trip to the beach. I called a week prior to confirm and was told the vehicle would be there. I physically stopped by the location two days prior to pickup and was told everything was fine. The night before the scheduled pickup, Enterprise called me to tell me that they did not have the SUV. That is totally unacceptable. If Wake Forest had not had an Expedition, a beach trip for 14 people would have been ruined. Never again, Henderson. Never again.

        Overall

        I rented a "full" sized car for a weekend trip. While I don't agree with their definition of "full size", the Ford Fusion turned out to be a good choice for the Interstate- good visibility, good responsiveness. In spite of normally driving a mini-van, I made friends with the Fusion.

        The customer service was excellent... friendly, explaining the way they do the deposit and charges to my credit card, prompt. And they didn't flinch when I had to make changes to the pick up time. Picked up in the pouring rain but it went well and everything was explained. Drop off, easy and quick. We've used this Enterprise location before and we'll continue to use them! A good group!

        I rented my car through them Sept. 20 through Sept 27. I originally booked it through the 26 but they were great about allowing me to add an extra day. I arrived early and the car they had for me was getting an oil change so I was asked if I wanted to wait or upgrade and they could get me out quicker. I was in and out in about 5-7 minutes. I did opt for the upgrade and so glad that I did. With the upgrade and the added day it was only $43 more and I saved that in gas alone (Got a fully loaded VW Passat with heated leather seats instead of a Chevy Cruz). When I turned in the car, the customer service was just as quick and just as friendly as when I picked it up. In and out within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this location.
