Went to the ups site to ask for a box and they convinced me that letting them pack it will be so much better and less expensive than packing it myself and that since they packed it they week insure it. Of course when I brought back the printer they claim packing is 32 because of the box and that I have to pay 2 extra dollars for the insurance on the printer and in total to ship to new york cost me 72 dollars. NEVER use this ups center ever apparently they lie and it's a boys club do they all have each other's back. I will , never ship ups ever again and will never use this center

I can't honestly recommend this place to anyone. I went in on a Saturday to have a mortgage document notarized. I was greeted by a woman who was very nice. The Notary was there behind the counter also and appear to be working but apparently he didn't want to work. In a side conversation with the woman, he asked her the time and mentioned something about his work hours.



In any event, I expressed my appreciation for him taking the time to notarize my papers. I filled out my name in the book and showed my ID. He then tells me that he cannot notarize the document and can't give me a justifiable reason. My mortgage documents have my maiden (hyphen) married name and my ID just has my married name. I took title of the property this way, however when I settled, I showed my Id WITH my MARRIED name. In fact, all my documentation has my married name. Always has.



I explain this to him and he tells me that the mortgage company will have to change the document!? Bullsh#t! I have had ALL my documents notarized the same manner and not once have I had any problems. Nothing about the documents were illegal or improper. He was just being a jerk. Maybe he thought I was stupid or something. I know about contract law and what can and can't be notarize.



I was happy to take my business elsewhere.
