The Oil Exchange

Based on my initial experience today, and in my opinion and belief, I cannot recommend this establishment based on the conduct of their personnel. In the process of contacting the State of Michigan for the name of the registered owner.

Went in for the early bird special $17.99 and they tried selling me everything under the hood! Figures since I use to go the pennzoil in commerce and it turns out they are owned by the same guy. Wow left commerce cause they got rid of there old employees for these pushy ones. Tell you one thing I know a lot of people that are not returning to those shops and will keep passing on the message for no one to go there! Thanks pushy sales people!!!!

I have been using The Oil exchange for years. They have always offered good service thats honest. I am not sure why the other review states they dont top off your fluids. I go in one time inbetween oil changes reguarly to have them check my tires and all my fluids. They are very kind and good working people.

If you want friendly service do not go to this location. The manager was rude, horrible and arrogant. Very unfriendly and not interested in customer satisfaction! He is more interested in taking your money and is very evasive about letting you talk to anyone above him. He will refuse to let you speak to anyone but him. If you dont get a oil change every 3 months even without the mileage being 3,000 since the change he does not offer to keep fluids topped like most oil change places will.
