Unger Heating & Cooling

I had unger out to clean and service my boiler, install a hot water heater and install a new HVAC system. They came out multiple times because I kept having issues with my boiler. I had another company come out after they were done "cleaning it" and found multiple issues after taking the boiler apart including it being clogged.

The hot water heater was not installed properly and wasn't working because they did not install the correct breaker for my circuit panel and was not installed properly.

The HVAC system has worked well I will say that but the install was sloppy and the installers put 3 holes in my wall/ceiling in which they did not repair properly with spackle and "forgot about it" to leave to be my problem.

I spent over 10,000 for everything and the customer service/call back when I needed was horrible.

I never been talked to so rude and they swear in every sentence they push you into buying a chimney liner and I had another guy out and my chimney was fine. They made a huge mess all over my floor and white carpet I had to spend another $300 dollars after they left to get the black stains out. My wife was there and she felt scared for her life before I got there please stay away from theses people take my word I would never wish the treatment that we got from them on anyone and never been ripped off in my life they didnt even clean my furnace right had to pay another heating and cooling contracter to come out 2 weeks later to clean it again PLEASE STAY AWAY
