Delancey Medical Service

I DID NOT have a positive expirience with Delancey Medical! I gave them the specs. for a knee walker after my old one wore out from long term use as I am a below the knee Amputee. I okked at every one I could find on the internet and gave a list of what was needed and written on the Doctors Script. Four wheels was the #1 priority #2 was 15" front wheel base and #3 was turnable rack & pinion steering. All Terrain was just helpful to go accross my lawn but not essential. The person I was working with insisted that a THREE WHEEL Knee was the best and had better reviews than the four wheeled one I chose. When push came to shove he told me they could not get the four wheeled walker and the Three wheel showed up at my door. I took the opportunity to try it and found it unsiutable for use in my house as it wobbles slightly side-to-side and made me lose balance and go over the walker Knee Pad and to the floor. I do not reccommend any of the three-wheeled devices. if you have carpet padding or balance issues order a four wheel with rack & Pinion steering. I DID NOT have a good expirience with Delancey Medical.
