        I visited this McDonald's this afternoon when I got to the pickup window a heavy set black girl extended her arm out the window with my order without uttering a single word no have a good day no thank you nothing I thought McDonald's employees were taught to always say thank you to customers this girl was very indifferent and nasty no home training apparently .
