        Overall

        I used this company 10 years ago and had great service. Used them on my new house 2 months ago and can't say I was pleased at all. Outrageously priced. Trying to upsell you on everything. Can't get a breakdown for pricing, just package prices. Customer service has not been good. Do not pay for the training. It is 10 mins and if your dog is nervous and doesn't actually train, they charge you anyway. Not sure what happened in the last 10 years, but very disappointed. Invisible fence works, but there are many. different installers. Shop around.
