        Overall

        I walked in with my family to make an order (four of us). The person behind the counter was more interested in chit-chatting with their Macy's colleagues (this store is in the Macy's at the Warwick Mall). We waited for a while without being acknowledged and went to the Dunkin Donuts instead.
