CVS Pharmacy

Why I continue to patronize CVS is beyond me, but I do. Given the choice between surly (another DC CVS location) and incompetent (this location), I'll take incompetent. If the store posted correct prices on items, it would help, but the staff definitely needs more training. It seems like every time I go in, something rings up wrong. It took 3 separate visits picking up the same item (votive candles) and having them ring up wrong each time before they finally changed the price sticker. In addition to this problem, the staff appears to have no critical thinking skills, knowledge or training as to what to do – they don’t know how to handle the problem - they don't seem to know how to override or remove an item, how to call for help or even how to go and check the price themselves. They basically just stand there looking at you. Maybe I should reconsider the surly cashier who yelled at me because I asked her if she was working (when she was chatting with another cashier) is the better choice.
